Symptoms of
PMS
Headache, mood changes, anxiety, irritability, overeating and food cravings,
insomnia or hypersomnia (oversleeping), breast tenderness, bloating.

Pharmaceutical drugs that may help women with
PMS symptoms include naproxen for cramps, and spironolactone, perhaps SSRIs.
