Passion Rx has a unique mix of seven
exotic herbs from four continents (Asia, South America, Europe, and Africa).
Results are often seen the
first day, but continue to improve over several days of use. Our research thus far indicates more than 80% user
satisfaction.
Clinical experience shows Passion Rx:
Supports healthy sensation and stamina
Supports healthy libido and sexual thoughts
Supports healthy erectile function, orgasms and climaxes and maintains many aspects of the human
sexual experience.
Ingredients in
Passion Rx:
All the ingredients have been personally tested by Dr. Sahelian to assure top notch quality control.
This product is made by a GMP certified manufacturer, NHK Labs in Santa Fe Springs, CA.
There are no hormones, drugs, or unlisted substances in this natural product.
Suggested use:
The effects are cumulative,
that is, the more days you take it, the more it builds up in your system
and the more enhancement you will feel.
Herbs work slower than drugs. Passion Rx is designed to
work slower with a minimum of side effects as opposed to drugs that work quick
but have serious consequences. Some users feel aroused and ready for action
within an hour, while for others it takes several days or even a week or two. Each person is unique in
their response.
Start
with one capsule in the morning, a few minutes before
breakfast. If you are sensitive to herbs, start with 1/2 of a capsule.
The capsules can be easily opened and mixed in water or juice.
Effects may begin several hours after ingestion,
and last all evening. However, on low doses, the best results are noticed the second, third,
or fourth day. For long term use take 2 days on, 2 or more days off.
Or, take a day or two before and the day of planned intimacy.
You will eventually find out for yourself the ideal
dosage and frequency to use Passion Rx. If you are sensitive to herbs, or over
the age of 60, or have a health condition, discuss with your physician before
use. Your doctor may recommend you start with half of a capsule.
NOTE: A portion of users
(around 30 percent) may not notice much the first three or four days that they
try Passion Rx. If this happens to you, don't give up. Take a break for a day
and restart for another 2 days, and keep this pattern. Almost everyone
eventually will tune in to the benefits. And once you do, Passion Rx may become
your favorite herbal supplement. Lack of initial response is also true of
Viagra... some people don't notice the effects the first time they try it, but
find it to be helpful the second or third time they take it. Studies show overall about 60 to 80 % of individuals find Viagra
to be effective.
Herbs Found in Passion Rx
Ashwagandha
is a shrub whose roots have been used for thousands of years by Ayurvedic
practitioners. Ashwagandha contains withanolides which are known to influence
acetylcholine receptors involved in dilation of blood vessels.
Catuaba
is a medium-sized tree found in Brazil. In Brazilian herbal medicine, Catuaba
bark is considered a central nervous system stimulant with aphrodisiac
properties.
Cnidium is a plant which grows in China
whose seeds are used in classical traditional Chinese medicine. A compound found
in cnidium called osthol helps relax the corpus cavernosa of the penis.
Muira puama is a small tree native to
the Brazilian Amazon. Indigenous peoples use muira puama for the therapy of
sexual debility, fatigue, and low mood.
Tongkat ali is a small tree found
in the jungles throughout Malaysia and Southeat Asia. Studies show that
Tongkat Ali produces a dose-dependent increase in mounting frequency of treated animals.
Tribulus terrestris, also called
"puncture vine," is a plant long used around the world for the treatment of
various ailments.
Tribulus-Terrestris may work by relaxing smooth muscles and increasing blood
flow into the corpus cavernosa. The relaxant effect observed is probably due to
the increase in the release of nitric oxide from the endothelium and nerve
endings.
Yohimbe is the name of the bark of a
tall evergreen tree in western Africa known as Pausinystalia yohimbe.
Yohimbe acts through the nervous system to increase blood flow to the genital
region through antagonism of alpha 2-adrenoceptors. The amount of
Yohimbe bark in
this product has been intentionally kept low to minimize any potential side
effects (about half or a third of other products on the market). Individuals with heart conditions, a tendency for heart irregularities, or high blood pressure should consult
their physician who may recommend that dosage be kept to one capsule only. Yohimbe should be used carefully in those who take anti-depressants (particularly
MAO inhibitors), stimulant drugs, or cardiac drugs.
I'm wondering if it's okay to take additional Tribulus
Terrestis and maca when taking Passion Rx?
We suggest you not take these herbs the same day since the formula,
alone, is potent.
Positive side effects
Thus far in our clinical research, the most common positive side effects have
been increased energy, alertness, enhanced motivation, and improved vision. Some
users have also reported that colors are brighter and visual focus has improved.
There have been several reports that Passion Rx leads to a sense of wellbeing,
improved confidence, and a sense of mild and pleasant euphoric relaxation.
The sexual enhancing effects of Passion Rx are noticed
more when the actual act of intimacy occurs, or when a person begins to
self-stimulate.
Negative side effects
The most common negative side effects include slightly elevated body temperature
(drink cold water to cool yourself if this happens),
sweating in armpits, and mild insomnia. Avoid taking more than one
capsule of this product if you happen to spend the day in high heat or plan
heavy exercise in high heat.
Both the positive and negative side effects are dose dependent. That is, the
more capsules you take, the more positive and negative side effects you will
notice. If you wish to minimize the negative side effects, take a capsule
every other day rather than daily. As with any other supplement, it is best to consult with your health care
provider before use particularly if you have a medical condition or you are
taking medications.
Use with antidepressant medications
SSRIs include medications such as sertraline (Zoloft), paroxetine (Paxil) and
fluoxetine (Prozac). The antidepressant bupropion works in a different way than
the SSRIs, mostly focusing on the neurotransmitters dopamine and norepinephrine
rather than serotonin and as such does not reduce sexual urge or pleasure.
I am taking an anti depressant. I read that Passion Rx should
not be taken in such cases, though I purchased it. What are the potential
complications?
Most people should not have any untoward reactions when using
a small amount of this natural aphrodisiac formula in combination with SSRI
medications. However, there is a potential for increased body temperature,
faster heart rate and insomnia in some users. It may be best to use half a
capsule every other day for a week or two before making any changes in the
dosage.
It is advised not to take it on the day you take a medication
for depression. Does Effexor fall into that category?
Yes. Venlafaxine is used to treat depression and to treat
generalized anxiety disorder (GAD; excessive worrying that is difficult to
control), social anxiety disorder(extreme fear of interacting with others or
performing in front of others. We prefer people not take the herbal remedy the
same day as Effexor.
Beta blockers
These are the medications my husband takes. Could any of these be causing the
huge drop in his libido. He is getting worried but we want to stay with the all
natural. The meds he takes are: Naproxen, tramadol and bisoprolol. He also uses
simpicort for an inhaler once a day. I would appreciate any information you can
give me on this matter.
Naproxen should not interfere but tamodol and bisoprol can reduce
or block effectiveness of this formula. It is not easy to predict which formula
or single herb may be effective. Under his doctor's guidance he could try
individual herbs such as mucuna, tribulus, tongkat ali to see if they work for
him. When medications are involved it becomes difficult to predict what would
work.
Diuretics
I am 55, white male, and just had a physical. My doctor prescribed
Hydrochlorodthiazide to help lower my blood pressure. She also gave me a script
for Levitra. Each day I do about 2 miles on a treadmill for 30 minutes and have
my heart rate up to 135 bpm and have no issues. I have received a sample bottle
of Passion RX and would like some advice on how it should be used. As my doctor
would not know what this natural sex enhancer is, I am quite sure she would say
do not use it. It is my thought to use half capsule for 2 days, early in the
morning, off for one day, then 1/2 capsule for the next 2 days. Does this make
sense to you.
It is a good idea to begin with a low dosage at first to make sure
no untoward interactions occur. We do not suggest using the natural booster with
Levitra the same day but it can be taken for several days and on the day of
intimacy the Levitra or prescription ED drug can be taken.
Passion Rx Testimonials
I swallowed a full Passion Rx capsule in the morning an hour before before
breakfast. The first evening I thought I noticed a little fuller feeling in my
pants and a slight increase in sexual thought frequency. The second day these
were felt stronger. I took off the third day and the sexual increase was still
there. I really noticed the full onset of the sexual enhancement on the fourth
and fifth days of use. It was powerful, close to what I felt as a teenager. I'm
46, swm, with no health problems.
I take Passion Rx with Yohimbe 2 days on, 2 or 3 days off. I do one pill, not a fraction of a pill. I noticed the effects within 2 weeks for sure, probably less. I didn't get any side effects. I was aware that blood pressure could vary, and I have a monitor. I am at about 115/75 and I stayed there. No other side effects I can notice.
Yay! I have now taken the recommended regimen of one capsule before eating in the morning 2 days on, 1 day off for five cycles, and there is no question that I am being lifted sexually, both in multiorgasmic recharge capability and in desire to bring myself to ejaculation. And my orgasms are getting longer. At least on the first orgasm of the day I am definitely shooting an increased amount of semen! I'm a retired man, 62, in great health and on no medications. I live alone, finally in a home I own, and I long ago decided that when I got to this stage of life the sexual pleasure that I have enjoyed during my life would, uh, become my life (I do fish a lot, lol). I don't have the dreaded four hour erections-- no priapism-- but I'm certainly erect and masturbating four hours or more a day. Was even before Passion Rx, but there's no question that sex, my passion in life, has been enhanced by this product. I have been a student of human sexuality, and positive feedback loops long ago became apparent to me: the more you stimulate yourself, the more you can stimulate yourself. The more you can, the more you want to. The more you want to (in total confidence of your ability to do it), the more you do. I am in sexual athletic training. I have never wanted to try Viagra or any of that stuff because I do not have erectile dysfunction. Quite the opposite, heh. But this product appeared to actually be an aphrodisiac, not just a medical aid, so I took the chance of being hustled and bought a bottle. I will be renewing my order, and despite the counter-indication of my physical age, my vital signs and circulatory condition are of a younger man. Thank you for making something that dovetails so well with my own needs available!
Diabetes and insulin use
I am very interested in your product. I have some questions. I am female and an
insulin dependent diabetic for almost 30 yrs, going through menopause. Heart is
great, I exercise and am in good shape. What is the difference between taking it
with or without yohimbe? I live in NY. Which one is best for females? Not clear
on the difference.
Both versions work well in females, the version with yohimbe
works quicker and faster but some people prefer the version without yohimbe.
Those who have a medical condition may prefer using it less frequently such as
one capsule every other day or every third day and then less often as the herbs
start working but the final decision rests with your doctor.
Questions
Q. I store all my vitamins and supplements in my refrigerator but I have not put
the Passion Rx there. Is it okay to store the bottle in the fridge? If not,
where is the best place.
A. A cool dry place is fine, Passion Rx does not need to be
refrigerated, the herbs can last years in a cool, dry place.
Q. Can Passion Rx be taken by those who have high blood
pressure?
A. It may be used by those who have mild blood pressure
elevation, as long as your doctor approves. We do not suggest Passion Rx be
taken by those with moderate or severe hypertension.
Q. I've been reading information about Passion Rx Yohimbe
product and it sounds great. My wife and I wanted to know is there ANY way we
can request a FREE SAMPLE of this product?
A. We are not aware of any place that gives away free samples of
Passion Rx.
Q. Can I take along vitamins such as C, E, A, MSM, Garilic,
etc?
A. We recommend not taking other supplements the first few times
you take Passion Rx so you have a sense of its effects without interference.
However, vitamins A, C, E and garlic are fine since they don't stimulate.
Perhaps MSM can be paused on the days taking Passion Rx.
Q. I am a 56 yr old male with I suppose age related
erection problems --which of your natural products would you recommend ?Also I
am of a very anxious ,nervous disposition --even having minor tremble in
hands at times of stress and at meetings. I am not too keen > on taking any
prescription medicine and i would like to know if you had proven product.
A. Perhaps ashwagandha at 100 to 200 mg a day over a period of
several days may be appropriate.
Q. I work in Radiation Oncology at McKee Cancer Center in
Loveland, CO. We treat many men for prostate cancer. Of course, since prostate
cancers are stimulated (worsened) by testosterone, we don't want to approve a
preparation that will increase testosterone levels. In fact, sometimes men are
on anti-testosterone injections as part of their cancer treatment.
A. We have not seen any formal studies evaluating hormone levels
after ingestion of Passion Rx. Although tribulus and tongkat ali are thought to
stimulate testosterone production, we have no long term proof of this, plus the
amounts of these herbs in Passion Rx are a tiny fraction of those found in the
capsules containing tribulus or tongkat ali by themselves. Furthermore, most
people only need to take Passion Rx about 2 or 3 days a week. You may also
consider Prostate Power Rx which has a good sexual enhancement and erectile
function potential (plus herbs that in vitro have been found to have anti
prostate tumor potential). Prostate Power Rx is not as potent as Passion Rx but
still very good.
Q. Your page says not to take it on the same
day as antidepressants (in my case, Celexa). But Celexa takes a while to be
effective after you start taking it, and stays in the system for a while after
you stop. How long do you
suggest I wait after stopping Celexa before taking Passion Rx, and vice versa?
Might it be effective
with a reduced dosage of antidepressant?
A. It is difficult to make any suggestions that would apply to
everyone since each person is different on how they metabolize drugs and herbs,
and the dosage of the medicines makes a significant difference. However, if the
Celxa dosage is low, and a person skips a day, they can take a small amount of
Passion Rx, such as half a capsule the day when Celexa is not being used, and
perhaps alternate one day using Celexa and another day using half a capsule of
Passion Rx. However, one must realize that Celexa, and most antidepressants,
increase serotonin levels and serotonin is known to inhibit sexual drive.
whether Passion Rx can overcome this effect is difficult to say, but it may in
many people. Ideally, for Passion Rx to work best, it is preferable that it be
taken during a week where Celexa is not being used at all. These are general
guidelines that your doctor can use to manage your own case.
Q. It is said that Passion RX with Yohimbe works faster
than the one without. It is also said that it can't be said that RxX with yohimbe is necessarily stronger. Do you mean by "faster" that Passion RX with
Yohimbe is better for erectile disfunction while Rx without Yohimbe is just good
as an aphrodisiac? Which one is better for Erectile Disfunction (not simply as
libido enhancer)? Which of your products can be helpful for Testosterone
deficiency in
young male-mild form? I want to avoid Testosterone therapy.
A. Passion Rx with yohimbe works faster in terms of erectile
function, usually by the second day. Passion Rx without yohimbe takes more time,
usually a few days for full erectlle effect, but when it does, it is as good as
Passion Rx with yohimbe, it just takes a little longer. Both have an excellent
effect on libido. It is difficult to predict which one will work better in any
individual person. As to testosterone, tribulus terrestris and tongkat ali may
have such effect in the short term, but whether they continue doing so with
regular use over the long run has not yet been determined.
Q. Is there any reason for a woman not to take Passion Rx
if she is trying to get pregnant?
A. We are not aware of any testing regarding its use in these
situations so we don't know what kind of effect it would have on the process of
pregnancy.
Q. I would like to know if it would be safe to use Passion
Rx product if you are a kidney transplant recipient?
A. We are uncomfortable recommending it in this case since
we don't know of anyone with a kidney transplant who has taken Passion Rx and we
don't know if there would be any problems, especially with the prescription
medicines that most people with transplants are taking. If your doctor approves,
you could try a third of a capsule every other day or every third day.
Q. I have ordered the following products and I'm seeing
different instructions on how to take them. I would like to know if I should
take them on an empty stomach, with food, how many capsules, how many times a
week etc.. I dont plan on taking all the supplements on the same day. I plan to
switch between each supplement. Please advice on the following products.
Tribulus terrestris, mucuna pruriens.
A. It is best to first learn how each one works by itself for a
week at no more than one capsule each. Then, after taking a 2 day break, one can
switch to another herb and try that one for a week. Passion Rx is potent
therefore every other day use may be more appropriate. Once you know how you
respond to each herb, then you will have a better idea on how to take them and
when. Keep in mind that the effects of the herbs can accumulate over time so
days off are definitely needed. These are general guidelines and your doctor
would make the final decision.
Q. I haven't felt
difference as of yet I'm taking Norvasc and Zestral for high blood pressure and
taking allopuinol one a day and Wellbutrin twice a day. Other than the above,
I'm in good health. I have been taking L-arginne. Do these medicines interfere
with the Passion Rx benefit?
A. Passion Rx and many sex herbs do not work as well when people
are on pharmaceutical medicines and antidepressants. Wellbutrin is an
antidepressant that influences dopamine levels. Norvasc is in a class of drugs
called calcium channel blockers. Zestril is a type of drug called an ACE
inhibitor. It works by reducing production of a substance that increases salt
and water retention in your body. Allopurinol is used to treat gout that is
caused by too much uric acid in the blood. All these drugs have unpredictable
results when combined with herbs for sexual function.
Q. I’m thinking about ordering some passion Rx, and was
wondering if there was anything in it that would interfere with my Parkinson's
medications?
A. There is no simple answer that can be provided. There are
several types of medications used by patients with Parkinson's disease. Most of
them influence the dopamine neurotransmitter. We have not tested Passion Rx
along with prescription drugs used for Parkinson's disease, se we don't know for
sure. Unexpected reactions can happen sometimes when medicines and drugs are
combined. Much also depends on a person's overall health, blood pressure,
cardiac health, sleep patterns, activity levels, etc. As a general rule one has
to be cautious taking herbs for sexual enhancement with medication that are
prescribed for heart disease, blood pressure, depression, or other medicines
that influence neurotransmitter levels. One option, if your doctor approves, is
to used half a capsule and proceed in a more gradual approach to sexual
improvement.
Q. Where is the best place to buy a Passion Rx discount
bottle?
A. You could search on the internet and try to find a site that has
Passion Rx discount prices. Some website sometimes discount the product.
Q. Which is more effective, Passion Rx without yohimbe or
the one with?
A. They are both equally effective. Some people prefer Passion Rx
without yohimbe while others prefer the one without it.
Q. I noticed Passion Rx review websites on the internet, some say
it works, others say it doesn't. I realized that the ones that said it didn't
work were selling competing products.
A. Yes, there are websites that criticize all other products and
steer the unsuspecting consumer to their own product.
Q. Is it safe to take Passion Rx Yohimbe
formula if one has had breast cancer that is estrogen receptive? Hormones are
off limit.
A. We have no reason to believe that Passion Rx has an influence on
breast cancer. In fact, if anything, some of the herbs in Passion Rx, in lab
studies, have anti-cancer potential. To be 100 percent certain, we would have to
do studies with breast cancer patients giving them Passion Rx for a few years to
see what influence this product would have. We have no plans to do this since it
is extremely expensive to do, requiring hundreds of thousands of dollars. For
long term use Passion Rx is only used 2 days a week, and at this frequency we
don't think it will have much of an influence on breast cancer. The final
decision rests on the consumer and their doctor.
Q. I am wondering if it is alright to take Passion Rx as a
younger male in his early twenties. Beyond this, and more importantly, I am
concerned with what would happen if I were to cease taking this supplement.
Would I suffer a sharp decrease in sex drive? Is there any method of taking the
supplement and stopping the use that is best? Please let me know because I fear
that this will only cause immediate increase in sex drive and then when it is
ceased will cause a sharp decline.
A. Passion Rx has been sold for more than 3 years to men and women
of all ages. There has not been any reports of decreased sexual drive after
stopping the use of Passion Rx. In fact, most people find enhanced sexuality. In
the long run, Passion Rx is only used one or two days a week.
Q. I have fine thinning hair. I have heard that some herbs
especially those affecting testosterone levels can negatively affect hair
falling out . Would taking Passion Rx without yohimbe have any negative affect
on my thinning hair condition.
A. We have no reason to suspect using Passion Rx has any effect on
hair thinning or hair loss. In the long run, Passion Rx is only used as needed
or 2 or 3 days a week.
Q. How will Passion Rx interact with Seasonale, birth
control?
A. We don't have any feedback from users of Passion Rx who take
Seasonale. Normally this sexual formula is only used 2 or 3 days a week and we don't
suspect any untoward reactions but we reserve the final decision to be made by
you and your doctor.
Q. We are a distributor for Passion Rx and have been doing
a lot of business with this supplement. As we are trying to expand our market,
we are coming across a lot of questions about this supplement. A very common
question is whether or not it can be used with other herbs. There are a lot of
people who are taking herbal antidepressants (ours has mainly St. John’s wort
and some tyrosine). Are there any contraindications with Passion Rx and other
herbs? I am sure it is OK to use it with vitamins and fish oil.
A. Passion Rx is potent and it was formulated so that when taken in
the morning the stimulation from the sexual herbs would wear off by bedtime. If
other supplements are taken that cause stimulation, insomnia could occur. Weak
multivitamins are okay but not very strong ones. Fish oils are fine up to 3 caps
a day. We suggest avoiding any supplement with stimulation, including tyrosine,
St. John's wort, SAM-e, ginseng, etc.
Q. I recently was at the web site for Passion-Rx Yohimbe.
I would very much like to try the supplement but am concerned for a women my
size (5'3''- 122lbs) and dosage amounts. I am 57 years old, in excellent health
and with a healthy life-style. It is in capsule form, so reducing the initial
pill amount may not be possible? What do you suggest? It sounds like a
wonderful product, and I will look forward to your response.
A. The capsules can be opened by pulling on each side and emptying
the contents in a glass with an ounce or two of juice and closing the capsule.
On your first day you can use half of it in the morning before breakfast, and
again the next morning. Then you can decide if you need more or less, perhaps
you can increase to 3/4 or a full capsule. There is a wide variation in people's
response and we have had some people notice the effects on half while others
need more than one. It usually takes a few days or a week for the full benefits
to come.
Q. I have a general question about Passion Rx and taking
it with cholesterol issue. You mention heart conditions as one area which
shouldn't include Passion Rx. I have mild hypertension and am taking 5 mg of
Altace. No heart meds and no attacks. just 4 stents inserted 5 years ago for
blockage. I am very active (swim and tennis). I just wasn't sure what you meant
by heart condition. I am not taking any nitrates or beta blockers. please
advise. I was asymptomatic for the stents.
A. We do not suggest using Passion Rx or sex herbs for those with
cardiovascular problems since these herbs increase heart rate and in very high
dosage can cause heart rhythm problems. However, if your doctor approves, and
you wish to proceed slow, half a capsule every other day may be one option.
Prostate Power Rx is also an option at one capsule every other day. The dosage
makes the difference as to how these herbs influence the heart and vascular
system.
Q. I am interested in Passion Rx but have monthly hormonal
migraines, I'm not sure if Passion Rx would cause my migraines to become worse
because it states increased blood flow. Can you give me any insight or maybe
suggest another product?
A. It is difficult to predict the response of Passion Rx in any one
person, but one option would be to use only half a capsule every other day for
two weeks and then base further dosage increase or decrease on your initial
response. Hardly any sexual herbs have been studied in their relation to
migraine headaches.
Q. Will passion-x without yohimbe also increase force and
intensity of orgasms? I would like to find a product that would increase the
sensation of orgasms. Is Passion Rx considered a male enhancement pill or a
penis enlargement pill?
A. Most users do notice such an effect after several days of use.
See male enhancement pill for
a review of this term.
Q. I live in Toronto, Canada and wanted to know if Passion
Rx is available here. Also has Passion Rx been approved by Health Canada?
A. Supplement formulas made in the USA do not need to be approved
by Health Canada as long as the ingredients within the formula are on the
acceptable list of Health Canada. Passion Rx with yohimbe is not acceptable, but
Passion Rx without yohimbe is acceptable and can be shipped to Canada.
Q. Can the product Passion Rx Yohimbe be taken if I take
90mg of Cymbalta daily, and also 5htp? if so, what side effects could occur if
any?
A. We don't suggest using Passion Rx the same day as
anti-depressants such as Cymbalta, unexpected side effects could occur and these
are difficult to predict. 5-HTP reduces sexual drive and it would be
counterproductive to take it along with a sex booster.
Q. I would like to purchase Passion Rx but I see it has
magnesium stearate.
Is this substance harmful?
A. There is no evidence that the miniscule amounts of magnesium
stearate in supplements is harmful.
Q. Do you know if Passion Rx might be detrimental if a
person has beginning kidney disease? or Diabetes?
A. There are many factors that are involved when making a decision
to take supplements and it is not possible on this limited information to make
such suggestions. If your doctor approves, you can take low amounts such as a
third or half a capsule.
For a list of stores in your area that carry Passion Rx, see
Health Food Stores.

Passion Rx and anti-depressants
Q. I bought the Passion Rx trial size. In reading the label it says not to take
it with anti-depressants. I take 85 mg of amitriptyline every night. I am 65
years old.
Is this Passion Rx something I need to avoid altogether?
A. It is not easy to predict any one person's response, but if your
doctor approves you could try a third of a capsule every other day and if no
problems then half a capsule every other day.
Questions
Q. Can you help me with Passion Rx and any other products which are safe to take
and won’t land me on a bad boy list with my employer? I work for the Arizona Air
National Guard (Federal Civil Service) and military. The military frowns on
personnel taking products they have deemed off limits. What is out there for
military personnel?
A. The herbs in Passion Rx are not detected on a routine blood test
for drugs. All the herbs in Passion Rx are approved by the FDA and are available
without a prescription.
Q. I noticed that there are fewer
ingredients in the Passion Rx with Yohimbe formula, and more ingredients in the
Passion Rx formula without Yohimbe. Obviously, the main reason people may not
choose the Yohimbe formula is because they don't like the potential side
effects. But let's say that the side effects are not a factor. Would the formula
with Yohimbe be a more ideal choice? Or could you possibly be missing out on
features of the other ingredients which are not included in this formula? I
guess I am just trying to figure out, side effects aside, which is the better
formula. It seems if the ingredients were important enough for the formula
without Yohimbe, I wonder why they wouldn't also be in the formula with Yohimbe?
As you can see, I'm trying to decide which formula to spend my money on. I want
the most effective, but don't want to be stuck with the Passion Rx formula that
doesn't work (whether it be non-effective or have side effects) for me and have
to spend money on the other.
A. The number of ingredients in a formula may not be as important
as the dosage and extract potency.
Q. Can I take Passion Rx if taking Atacand
Plus? I find my sex drive to be less and I have impotence since starting this
drug. No heart problems or diabetes.
A. Atacand Plus is a combination of two medicines used in the
treatment of high blood pressure: the angiotensin II receptor blocker
candesartan cilexetil and the diuretic (water tablet) hydrochlorothiazide. Both
medicines could reduce libido or lead to erectile dysfunction and may prevent
the Passion Rx or other herbal products from working. Perhaps if your doctor
agrees you could take half a capsule 2 hours after breakfast (do not take a full
capsule), and your doctor may also suggest fish oil capsules. If possible to
reduce the dose of the meds this may also help. See
hypertension for
dietary suggestions to discuss with your doctor. It may be difficult for herbal
products to counteract the blood pressure pill sexual side effects.
Q. I live in China and bought 3 bottles of
Passion Rx with Yohimbe recently, which were mailed from the U.S, and started to
take it several days ago. Yesterday I read a piece of information in a newspaper
that Viagra could reduce the the level of activity of sperms. I wonder if
Passion Rx also has such kind of side effect, or just vice versa... I read also
that Yohimbe has very bad side effect and is forbidden in some countries, but up
to now I can see some good effect of Passion Rx on me ,but not side effect. Can
I go on taking it?
A. The formula of Passion Rx has more than a dozen herbs and is
completely different that Viagra which is a drug. We have not tested Passion Rx
on sperm quality but some of the ingredients in Passion Rx, such as maca, have
beneficial effects on sperm health. As to yohimbe, Dr. Sahelian has been careful
in putting in only small amounts of the herb in order to minimize side effects.
In the long term, Passion Rx could be taken only 2 or 3 days a week with a
complete week off every month or two.
Q. Can you take Viagra while taking Passion
Rx? I am having trouble while taking Viagra that I never had before
(keeping an erection) will Passion Rx product help?
A. Passion Rx has a delayed effect of a day or two, if your doctor
approves you can take Passion Rx two mornings in a row, and then either on third
or fourth day or evening you can take Viagra, maybe less than your usual dose.
We don't suggest taking Passion Rx the same day as Viagra, Cialis, or Levitra.
Q. Does Passion Rx lead to male enhancement?
A. It depends how you define
male enhancement.
Q. Hello. I'm a marathon runner and was
considering taking Passion Rx to improve blood flow to improve my running ...
not for sex. Would this be a good idea? Or are there other natural supplements
you would recommend? Arginine?
A. We are not aware of any herbs or herbal combinations that would
improve physical performance in the long run. Perhaps a multivitamin product
could be helpful such as MultiVit Rx. But we seriously doubt arginine would
help. Although certain herbs may have a temporary benefit in providing more
energy, their long term benefit for exercise performance enhancement is
questionable.
Q. I use Passion Rx and I think it's a real
good product and it works great. I have Adult ADD and I take a product by VAXA
that is called ATTEND. Can I take this in combination with Passion Rx? Please
see the ingredients below.

A. We prefer Passion Rx and ATTEND be taken on separate days. In
the long run, Passion Rx is only used 2 or 3 days a week.
Q. Since I have been taking Passion Rx, I
have noticed that my testicles are much more sensitive than I can ever remember
them being. As a result, I am more careful when sitting down, and when
exercising (sitting on my bicycle saddle for extended periods of time can make
them a little sore which, again, has never before happened). Can this be a
result of the Passion Rx?
A. It can be. Passion Rx enhances sensation in the genital region,
and perhaps this could be a Passion Rx side effect. Most people find the
enhanced sensation of the genital organs as a positive side effect, however, it
is possible that if it is causing discomfort while bicycling, it could be
considered a negative side effect.
Q. Have you had information concerning any
reaction of Passion Rx to Vicodin or Ibuprofen? I am over 78 and take the two
prescription medications infrequently. I am in good health but need some
assistance sexually.
A. We have not had feedback from users of Passion Rx who take
Vicodin, codeine, ibuprofen or a NSAID drug.
Q. I was wondering if Passion Rx is also a
good formula for the physical aspect of sexual enhancement. My girlfriend has complained that
she has no sexual urges and when we do have intercourse she says that it is
painful. I do not know the best terms to use but it just does not seem that she
has the normal aspects of a female being aroused. She does not “loosen up” which
may be causing her pain. I think this could be caused to her not truly being
aroused or wanting sex mentally. Will Passion Rx be a good choice to see if it
helps that or is there possibly more to it?
A. Many women notice all aspects of sexuality to be enhanced by
Passion Rx including lubrication, libido, arousal, stamina, and overall
pleasure.
Q. I am 72 years old and on Diovan for blood
pressure, simvastatin for cholesterol, and verapamil. Is it okay to take Passion
Rx?
A. That is a decision your doctor has to make. Herbal formulas for
sexual enhancement may increase blood pressure and heart rate which could create
complications in those with blood pressure or heart problems.
Q. This morning I took Passion Rx and Mind
Power Rx at the same time. Then i read that it is not recommended to take them
together. What are the risks of taking both?
A. There could be increased heart rate and excess energy with
restlessness, then again some people may not notice any side effects. Each
person is unique in how they respond.
Q. I will like to know if Passion Rx
increases testosterone. And how this product is compare with Provestra which is
another sexual improving product in the market.
A. We have no idea of the effectiveness of Provestra since we are
not familiar with this product. There are many ways herbal sexual enhancers
improve sexuality, and testosterone is only one of the ways. We have not tested
Passion Rx in terms of blood studies to see if testosterone levels increase
after use, but certain ingredients found in Passion Rx have been known to
influence testosterone levels.
Q. Can you tell me if drinking a glass of
wine is okay or should I not drink alcohol with Passion Rx?
A. We prefer not drinking wine or any alcohol on the same day as
Passion Rx.
Q. Does the product contain gluten or
casein as I am not allowed to have either? Could the product cause additional
hair growth in women, such as facial hair?
A. Passion Rx does not have gluten or casein. We have not had any
reports of facial hair growth in women since this product has been sold starting
in 2004.
Q.
I feel aroused more than before when taking Passion Rx, even looking at a simple picture of an
attractive girl on-line and I get an erection, this is an amazing feeling.
Q. I took Passion Rx for two days and did not
notice an effect.
A. Before prematurely judging this popular product that has a high
rate of reorder, we ask that you read in full the explanation on this page,
particularly on how to take Passion Rx and how long it takes for it to work.
Passion Rx is not like Viagra that works quickly. Herbal supplements take time
to have their effect on the body but they have much fewer side effects than the
drugs. Sometimes it take 2 weeks or so to work and that is why we have 30
capsules in a bottle, not 2 or 3. Passion Rx is taken on an empty stomach at
least an hour before breakfast 2 days on, one day off. It is important to take a
day off. Once you notice the benefits, then you can take it less frequently. We
suggest you not take other supplements on the days that you take Passion Rx.
Also, are you or your wife taking prescription medications? If so we suggest you
have approval by your doctor. Please email us in 2 weeks and let us know how
things went and we can proceed from there with other suggestions. Mayo Clinic
Health Letter, February 2009.
Q. I am currently taking multivitamins and a hair loss vitamin with a dht
blocker will this prevent the effects of Passion rx?
A. It's not easy to predict. We suggest to first try Passion Rx by
itself for a few days before taking another supplement along with it.
Q. I have just ordered Passion Rx but I also
have dhea hormone supplement which I take in very small amounts maybe twice a
week plus arginine acetyl-carnitne and pycnogenol 20 mg what I need to know is
can I use these together or in some combination that will be safe I did notice
own your site about dhea but if seldom used how safe is that? And even if I cant
use it with dhea what about the other herbs I listed above?
A. We suggest the first few days you take Passion Rx to not use
other supplements. Passion Rx, initially, is taken 2 days on, 1 day off. Once
the benefits begin to be noticed within a few days, then you can reduce Passion
Rx use to twice a week. Other supplements can be taken on the days Passion Rx is
not being used.
I'm interested in your product Passion Rx. I
am 70 years of age but I sure do not feel old at all. Is it possible that this
product will benefit me?
It is not possible for us to predict the response of any
individual to any product or medication. You may wish to review our page on
Passion Rx and discuss with your doctor if this product is appropriate for your
needs.
I have one kidney and am wondering if this
product would be a good idea.
This is a decision your doctor needs to make. It is often a
good idea for those with medical conditions, with many supplements, to begin
with a low dosage even if it means taking half of a capsule.
I have never had a problem getting or
sustaining an erection, but about 3 years ago I began taking Libidomax, which
increased the intensity of my orgasm and my ejeculate volume. I was able to
reduce the amount to about 1 pill every other day and maintain the benefits. Now
after Hernia surgery i have slight unilateral parasthesia that extends to the
side of my penis. The result is that I require more concentration to sustain
myself for long periods, and I use 2-4 pills of Libidomax daily. I am thinking
of switching to Passion rx, rather than a prescription med. Would this natural
formula maintain my increased volume, or should I use both supplements, if that
is safe.
We suggest taking a break from Libidomax for a few days
before starting the newer aphrodisiac formula. Side effects could occur if two
different herbal sexual formulas are used the same day. It is a good idea to
take a break for a few days each month from such products.
